Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received you returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or Missing Refund (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
To return your product, please email email@example.com first.
Returns must be made within 10 business days of the delivery date. If 10 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be, unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, original tags attached, free of stains, free of animal/pet hair, original packaging included, and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns must be approved before shipping back to our warehouse.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
No returns for international orders: orders outside of the US.
International customers are responsible for duties/vat/taxes.
Defective, Incorrect, or Missing items
We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect or damaged.
Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of the delivery date. Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item received after 5 days will NOT be accepted.
Once you receive your order, please thoroughly inspect the delivered items. If the wrong item, size or color was sent to you, we will cover for the shipping and gladly send you the right item.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of delivery for assistance. Include a clear photo with a description of the issue along with your order number for a faster resolution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
No returns, refunds or exchanges for:
- Digital/downloadable products.
- Gift cards are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-refundable, no exceptions.
If you ordered the wrong item and/or size we are not responsible for the shipping fee. Please return the item you wish to return and place a new order immediately for the item you desire.
All sales and discounted items are final.
Items purchased during promotions are final sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
- Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs to return the items and submit a proof of postage until you received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Torolly Fitness. If you return any package over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for the carrier that you purchased your return label from. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
